Due to health issues John is no longer teaching a weekly class, please contact us to be put on a list for upcoming workshops.
Viniyoga is refreshingly inclusive, suitable for all ages, from total beginners to more experienced practitioners. Modifications to postures will be made in class based on each persons ability.
If you are coming for the first time, please call or email first to check there is a space available in the class.
Each class is for an hour and a quarter. Please arrive five minutes before the starting time if you have not attended one of our classes before so that John can have a chat with you about any challenges you may have.
You will need to bring a yoga mat, a warm blanket for relaxation and a yoga block if you have one. We have some spares available.
